If your plans change, simply tap the link and select "Modify" — from there, you can choose to “Reschedule” to a new time or “Cancel”, all within seconds, right from your phone. No need to call or message us.

You can also sign in to your client portal at any time. From there, you'll find everything in one place — upcoming and past appointments, vouchers, gift cards, packages, and your membership details.
