Cancellation Policy
We work hard to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment.
- We kindly ask for at least 12 business hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be charged the full service price. 
- A card on file is required to book. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will be unable to hold the appointment.
